Sea of Smiles needed more than a modern dental website. They wanted a welcoming digital experience that reduces anxiety, reflects their child-friendly practice and gives parents the confidence to schedule an appointment for their children.
Challenge
Sea of Smiles specialises in dental care for children from infancy through adolescence. While the existing website provided essential information, it lacked the warmth, personality and playful character expected from a pediatric practice. The challenge was to create an experience that makes children feel excited rather than anxious, while giving parents confidence in the quality of care and making it easy to request an appointment.
