Kasm Workspace
Engineering a scalable enterprise SaaS platform built for performance, maintainability and continuous evolution.
Kasm Workspace is a leading cybersecurity platform providing secure digital workspaces for enterprise organizations. As the platform expanded, the website needed to support increasingly complex user journeys, extensive product information and ongoing feature releases while maintaining exceptional performance, scalability and usability. Our role was to engineer a frontend architecture capable of supporting continuous product growth without compromising user experience or maintainability.

Challenge
The website needed to accommodate a growing enterprise product ecosystem containing multiple product pages, technical documentation, pricing structures, onboarding journeys and marketing resources. At the same time, every enhancement had to preserve fast performance, responsive behaviour, SEO integrity and a consistent user experience while supporting ongoing product evolution and future framework upgrades.

Technical Understanding
Before implementation, we analysed the complete information architecture, navigation hierarchy, user journeys and frontend dependencies to establish a scalable engineering strategy. Rather than treating each enhancement as an isolated feature, we structured the website around reusable components, modular layouts and scalable frontend patterns that would simplify future development while maintaining consistency across the entire platform.
How We Executed It

Engineering A Dynamic Enterprise Navigation System

The website contains an extensive collection of product pages, documentation, resources and company information. We engineered a fully customised mega navigation capable of presenting grouped navigation links, featured content and visual elements within a structured interface. To complement this, we implemented an accordion-based footer navigation that exposes the complete sitemap while keeping the overall layout clean and manageable.
Simplifying A Complex User Onboarding Journey

The Get Started experience required users to progress through multiple decision points—including solution type, deployment model, subscription selection and interactive comparisons—without leaving a single interface. We engineered a dynamic multi-step onboarding flow using reusable Next.js components and centralised state management, allowing users to move seamlessly through the entire decision-making process while preserving their selections throughout the journey.
Building A Scalable Content Architecture

To simplify long-term content management, we engineered a JSON-driven blog architecture that dynamically generates blog pages from structured data without requiring a traditional CMS. This approach provides excellent performance, simplifies publishing workflows and enables developers to manage content efficiently while maintaining a lightweight, maintainable application.
Engineering Responsive Enterprise Interfaces

Complex pricing comparisons, feature tables and technical content needed to remain readable and usable across desktops, tablets and mobile devices. We developed reusable responsive components that automatically adapt to different screen sizes while maintaining layout consistency, improving usability and ensuring users can easily compare plans and product capabilities.
Enhancing User Engagement Through Progressive Interactions

Enterprise websites often contain substantial technical content that can become overwhelming to navigate. We implemented lightweight scroll-triggered animations and progressive content reveals that improve content discovery and create a more engaging browsing experience while maintaining smooth performance across modern browsers and devices.
Future-Proofing The Platform Architecture

As the platform continued to evolve, we successfully migrated the application from the traditional Next.js Pages architecture to the modern App Router structure before subsequently upgrading the entire website from Next.js 12 to Next.js 15. These migrations required careful refactoring of routes, layouts and reusable components while preserving SEO performance, existing URLs and user experience. The result is a cleaner, more maintainable codebase that is fully aligned with modern Next.js best practices and prepared for future growth.
Outcome
The completed solution delivers a scalable enterprise SaaS website engineered for continuous product evolution. By combining modular frontend architecture, reusable components, intuitive user journeys and modern Next.js engineering practices, the platform provides a high-performance foundation capable of supporting ongoing feature development while maintaining exceptional usability, maintainability and long-term scalability.

Clarity Before Execution. Accountability Until Delivery
Great development is not only about writing quality code.
It is about understanding the logic behind what needs to be built, creating agreement before execution, maintaining visibility throughout development, and verifying quality before delivery.
Our process is designed to reduce uncertainty, improve execution reliability, and create predictable project outcomes.
